Creative Builds partnered with design firm Gensler for this turn key, design build project. The project was a tenant improvement/remodel of a tri-level, 11,500-square-foot venue that hosts musicians, private parties and other entertainment in an open, yet intimate space. The space, completed in September of 2015, won a Calibre Design Award and was the only San Diego project to do so.
