LED Lighting Retrofit Replacement for Building 5 for Army Corps, energy efficiency remodel. This project required a Design-Build approach by creating a Photovoltaic study and design that allowed to optimize energy savings. The project site was occupied and coordination required access to different labs, office and warehouses inside one building.
